We offer a thorough service which includes gas safety checks, clearing of any debris and cleaning of the fireplace chamber. We endeavor to ensure your fire is fully functioning, and our team of highly skilled engineers are not satisfied until we have done everything required.

Yes, wood burners can be installed in any area of the country. There are smoke control zones which limit the burning of open fires, but modern wood burning stoves have been designed to be suitable for any location, so long as the stove has passed DEFRA approval. Our HETAS engineers are experts in stove installation, and can provide guidance and recommendations.

Installations generally take 1 full day for 1 full fireplace, starting at 8am. For larger projects, multiple days may be required.
